Wouldn't video enhance ai be best for upscaling?

The simple properties screen does not show details, but if it was a variable frame rate, the highest number of frames per second seems to be the standard within RifeApp.

Problems since version 3

Block noise tends to be generated in scenes with a lot of flickering and blinking, and in cuts with intense motion where blurring is applied to the entire image.

Known Issues

Frame completion does not work on white-in, white-out, black-in, and black-out cuts.

The function to skip scene transitions may not work.

Even if the numerical value was set large, the phenomenon that frame interpolation was prioritized frequently occurred.

Some patterns do not cause problems, but I suspect that they may be caused by different codecs and formats of the referenced video.
